Fire sprinkler systems are highly effective fire protection measures that use water and pressure. The licensed professionals at Master Fire Systems are required to perform sprinkler inspections in accordance with NFPA 25 (Standard for the Inspection, Testing, and Maintenance of Water-Based Fire Protection Systems). These inspections include a variety of individual examinations that determine whether the system is operating properly under emergency conditions. The inspections also ensure that there is no damage to the sprinkler system. Inspection and testing tasks include but are not limited to:

During the fire sprinkler inspection test, our technicians will check fire sprinkler heads (orientation, condition, and ability to transmit liquid). We’ll perform a forward flow test for the backflow preventer as well as inspect the sprinkler control valves (including signage). Our technicians will test the sprinkler air compressors, inspect the sprinkler system alarm components and the spare head box. We will also inspect then test low-pressure alarms. We’ll visibly inspect pipes, gauges, hangers, drain valves, and all other relevant components.
